Abstract
Gardeners Corner is a quarterly newsletter from the Illinois Extension team of horticulture experts. Each issue highlights seasonal recommendations that will make your houseplants, landscape, or garden shine in any season. Illinois Extension Horticulture Educator Bruce Black wrote an article on the nostalgic construction twist of a terrarium encouraging plant enthusiasts and the public to give the gift of plants for the winter holidays. Black researched and developed the article and corresponding hands-on program for this topic. Illinois Extension's MARCOM team published and shared this newsletter article on social media, Illinois Extension's website, and email lists. Gardener's Corner articles are also published in newspapers around the state of Illinois.
