The Extension Agent develops, promotes, delivers, and evaluates non-credit youth development programming within the Douglas County 4-H program in livestock, equine, and small animal project areas.

A completed bachelor’s degree is required. One degree must have been conferred in animal or equine sciences, environmental or natural science, agriculture, youth development, education, non-profit management, or a closely related field.
