Abstract
The Idaho Young Cattle Producers Conference (YCC) is the result of a desire of the beef cattle industry in Idaho to provide a conference for beginning cattle producers in Idaho. This conference is a partnership between the Idaho Cattle Association (ICA), the University of Idaho College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and University of Idaho Extension. The conference is prepared by a committee made up of representatives from the beef cattle industry, allied industry, and University of Idaho Extension. Since 2016, participants under the age of 40 have had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the Idaho cattle industry.
